Yes - absolutely! We offer a course for beginners and emerging comics. Even if you don't work in a related industry, or have no performance experience, our course is a great place to kick start your comedy career, or just find out if you're really as funny as your friends say you are!
Yes. We offer one-to-one and group drop-in sessions, for comics with experience, who would like feedback on their material, help honing their stage presence and finding their comic voice, or support in making the next steps in their comedy career. Perhaps you're looking to get back into gigging as things open up again, post lockdown and would like a place to try out new material before putting it in front of an audience.
What a brilliant friend you are! It's a smashing gift idea. Get in touch with us and we'll sort it all out.
Quick answer . . . yes! We have a course in alternative drag and cabaret, which will work for you if you are a total beginner, or already have an act which you would like to develop further. No previous experience is necessary, just some curiosity and adventurous spirit! All those over 18 are welcome, and there is no upper age limit.
We will be launching our comedy courses for 13-17 year olds soon. We'll update the website, as soon as we can, with full details! For now, take a look here and register your interest.
We will send you a welcome pack, with all the details you need, before your course or workshop. If you have any questions in the meantime, get in touch.
Don't worry . . . we understand that sometime life happens. Our cancellation policy is below and our full terms and conditions can be found here.

Pesky pandemic, eh?
If, once a course has started, the UK enters a lockdown and we cannot meet in person, we will move the sessions online, using Zoom. If this period of time covers the showcase, we will have an online showcase. We will also endeavour to arrange an in-person showcase, (with additional rehearsal sessions) once the restrictions are removed, at no extra cost to participants.
If we have to cancel a course, drop-in session, one-to-one session, directing session or corporate workshop due to COVID-19 and it is not possible to move online, participants will receive a refund for the cancelled sessions. If a course continues online, but an individual is unable to make the online sessions, we will be unable to offer a refund, however, that participant will be able to exchange their course place/session to a future date.
Our full COVID-19 policy is available here.
