Drop-in Sessions, One to One Sessions and Directing Cancellations
Cancellations up to 24 hrs before an appointment will be fully refunded. Missed appointments, or those cancelled with less that 24 hrs notice, are non-refundable. Contact email@example.com if your cancellation falls outside those parameters.
COVID -19 Cancellations
If, once a course has started, the UK enters a lockdown and we cannot meet in person, we will move the sessions online, using Zoom. If this period of time covers the showcase, we will have an online showcase. We will also endeavour to arrange an in-person showcase (with additional rehearsal sessions) once the restrictions are removed, at no extra cost to participants.
If we have to cancel a course, drop-in session, one-to-one session, directing session or corporate workshop due to COVID-19 and it is not possible to move online, participants will receive a refund for the cancelled sessions. If a course continues online, but an individual is unable to make the online sessions, we will be unable to offer a refund, however, that participant will be able to exchange their course place/session to a future date.
